Black plague rules & Marvel zombies

We had a game evening yesterday and played Marvel Zombies for the first time. They’ve done some limited changes to the basic concept but with big impact to the more tedious side of Black plague like search, noise tokens, dragon bile, etc.

What rules have you changed to your Black plague game sessions after playing Marvel Zombies? Or didn’t?

Just curious to find out if there’re some good suggestions:)
