What to do about bad slump or yips

Update I think slump wasn't the right word for the title but mainly looking at my current bad form in recent tournaments

Hello everyone, I am a player who started out decently at the upper 800s for only playing since last October but recently have had a bad form or bad run of lick in tournamenrs to where I will be around 830-840 by next month. I have played good rounds in the past that were 900+ rated but for some reason get the jitters during tournaments. A tournament I had in the snow yesterday was a good example. I had mostly ok drives to have either a solid pars or took a par since missing the put on most holes but then took a double bogey and two bogey to go from having an 860-880 round to having a 826 round by the end of the tournament. What should I currently do to stop the run of bad tournaments? Should I stop playing tournaments all together? Should I wait until spring when all the snow melts (almost all of my tournaments were in the snow except one)? Or what should I do to eliminate the yips?

Please keep in mind that I am practicing to become a competing player and have some good standings. I'm trying to learn how to get better as a player who wants to compete.
